Project: Structure and regulative consulting fund Ukraine
The goal of this GIZ-funded project was the bilateral cooperation as well as the exchange and dissemination of information on European Standards on Civil Service and the administrative capacities for the implementation of the New Law on Civil Service passed by the Ukrainian Parliament on 8 December 2015.
With the implementation of this project the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS) fulfilled their aim to carry out a comprehensive Train the Trainer programme on Human Resource Management for 55 HR experts.
This Train the Trainer programme consisted of 8 workshops carried out at the premises of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service from May to September 2016 and delivered by the dbb akademie GmbH through its staff members and international team of trainers.

A deliverable of the project was a Human Resource Manual, which consists of two main sections:
- Key HR topics developed by the participants of the Train the Trainer programme (Ukrainian / English).
- Background material of all topics (Ukrainian, English/German).
This document is a „living“ document where new chapters will be added depending on specific needs and updated as new developments and materials arise.
