Individual coaching programme

In this six-month tailored programme you will:

  • Increase your energy levels
  • Reduce stress and increase your resilience
  • Understand the origins of your cravings and how to reduce them
  • Learn about new foods and their nutritional values
  • Learn about the importance of good hydration
  • Find more balance in your life
  • Learn and practice relaxation techniques

Your individual coaching programme includes

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month, by phone or in person
  • Email support between sessions
  • Recipes that are healthy and easy to prepare
  • Coaching, support, and accountability to help you make the dietary, lifestyle and self-care changes
  • Handouts tailored to your specific needs and goals
  • Stress-reduction techniques that you can readily implement

Group coaching programme

This programme includes

  • 6 one-hour sessions with a group of 5–6 people
  • Enjoyable learning environment
  • Qualified health coach to lead the sessions and support your health journey
  • Each session will focus on a main theme, e. g. healthy food choices, understanding the origins of cravings and how to handle them, stress reduction, mindfulness, improving your sleep habits, the importance of time in nature etc.
  • New recipes shared, setting and fulfilling intentions, reaching your personal goals while learning from others too
