The concept of Bio-Individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, you will receive ongoing support to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle and preferences.

Individual coaching programme
This three-month tailored programme can be done online and in person. Any in person sessions will, of course, need to be conform with current Corona hygiene regulations in place at the time of the coaching sessions.
We currently offer the option to do the sessions online. There are many advantages to this type of coaching format:
- The coaching process remains the same
- The coaching session can take place between the coach and coachee across Germany and internationally
- It can take place from the comfort of your own home at a time convenient for you
- It is flexible to best meet your needs and schedule
- It saves travel time and travel costs.
At the dbb akademie GmbH we use Adobe Connect. Of course we can discuss using a platform used actively by you in your current online work.
In this individually tailored programme, you will learn to:

- Learn about new foods and their nutritional values

Your individual coaching programme includes
- Two one-hour sessions per month online or in person (All information discussed will remain confidential and not shared with outside persons)
- Email support between sessions
- Coaching, support, and accountability to help you make the dietary, lifestyle and self-care changes
- Handouts tailored to your specific needs and goals
- Stress-reduction techniques that you can readily implement at home and at work
You also have the opportunity to add on additional coaching sessions at the end of your three-month programme.

About the Health Coach: Mary Ann Siara-Decker
I received my intensive training and certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health, wellness and nutrition experts.
In addition I have taken further education courses in hormone health, thyroid health, resilience and well-being, mindfulness, mindfulness at work and the power of awareness. I have applied this knowledge into the health coaching sessions.
This education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy level, work-life balance, health, and happiness.
