16 Experts from different ministries and state organization in Ukraine passed a Training of Trainers in Kiev.
After hard work on curriculum development, training methodology, didactics and training delivery with intensive video feedback the trainers received a qualified certificate for successful Trainer of dbb akademie.
The qualification had 5 components and was delivered in 2017. It includes also online training parts and qualification. The trainers guarantee now a high standard of HR training delivery which is far away from lecturing and boring seminars. Gratulation for the trainers passing the practical exam successfully!
