In July 2017 our GIZ-project funded project Human Resources in Ukraine was launched in Kiev.
Human Resources in Ukraine
The focus of this project is the further training of HR Experts as HR multipliers in training methodology and specific competences to lead effective meetings, workshops and short courses on such topics as:
- HR Management
- Job classifications, profiles of job holders
- Recruitment, competencies requirements
- Staff selection
- HR Development
- Training needs and training design
- Work ethics and performance culture
- Performance evaluation and staff appraisal
- Motivation in the public service
- Disciplinary actions
- Organisation, efficiency and effectiveness of organisation, process analyses.
This project is a follow-up project to our train the trainer programme in which 55 HR experts participated in a series of workshops in Kiev on the above-listed topics.
About 15 Ukrainian HR Experts out of the original 55 multipliers trained in 2016 are currently being coached and supported in preparing and delivering seminars on such topics as induction, integration and adaptation as well as personnel selection.
